Our aim is to ensure that both referred patient and you, the referring dentist are delighted with the quality of our clinical expertise and the level of care and attention that we provide.
We are clear that when you refer a patient you are placing your trust in us. It is very important to us that you know we will respect that this is your patient. We will only carry out the treatment previously agreed with yourself and the patient. We can reassure you that we would never try to acquire your patients.
The patient will receive a full and comprehensive treatment plan outlining options, risks and payment fees. The treatment plan will be discussed and signed before treatment commences.
We aim to maintain a good communication with both your patient and yourself. You will receive copies of all letters sent to the patient including the treatment plan and costing and be kept up to date with treatment progress.
Our aim is to establish a long term relationship with you which will be mutually beneficial. We seek to complement the existing services that you offer and widen the range of treatments available.

We are happy to carry out the complete cycle of treatment from the initial assessment, through surgery and onto the final restoration. However, if you would like to retain control of the restorative phase of treatment and benefit financially from the income stream this provides, then we offer full training, mentoring and ongoing support.

Our team at Smile Solutions will contact the patient and offer the most appropriate appointment.
When we receive your referral request after you submit the form below; your patient will be contacted to make an appointment. The PDF of the form can also be printed and sent by post, fax or attached to an e-mail. The initial consultation will take 45-60 minutes and will consist of medical and social background information, and radiographs to assess the extent of the patient’s problem. All the options and choices open to the patient will be discussed in detail with patient. If it is a particularly complex case a further visit may be necessary as well taking study models or even a CT scan at the practice. A full report, and x-rays will be sent to you, the referring dentist, and the patient will have a written estimate of the fees involved. The radiographs will be available on request.
When the patient is ready to proceed with treatment we will make all the necessary appointments and will send you regular reports on the progress of your patient. During treatment at Smile Solutions the patient is always reminded of the necessity of continuing to visit you, their general dental practitioner, for regular examinations and treatment.

Referral Procedures:
Dental Implantology
This may be single tooth or full arch complex cases. We also provide Zygomatic implants to patients who present with severe atrophy of maxilla and can be provided with immediate function from day one. Sinus lifts and bone grafts can also be provided.
Bone Grafting & Ridge Augmentation
This includes sinus grafting, block bone grafting using different techniques, vertical and horizontal ridge augmentation.
Specialist Oral Surgery
This includes removal of wisdom or other complex buried teeth.
