Hari has a reputation for routinely surpassing patients’ expectations. Hari qualified from Barts and Royal London Hospital in 1976 and has over 30 years experience of Oral Surgery and Dental Implants.
Since moving to the present practice he has concentrated on building a friendly, caring environment and is renowned for his relaxed calming style.
He is the only registered specialist oral surgeon in general practice in the Sutton Coldfield, Walsall and Lichfield area. He teaches both undergraduates and postgraduates in dental implantology and oral surgery at the university.
He lectures on oral surgery and implantology both nationally and internationally. He is also mentor for the ADI (Association of Dental Implantology)
Hari is an expert member of The British Dental Association and The British Association of Oral Surgeons and Association of Dental Implantology where he is a mentor for trainee implantologists.
Dr Nikki Gallagher graduated from the esteemed University of Leeds in 2009, recognised as one of the top dentists in her year, even earning a prize for her exceptional work in Oral Medicine. Her dedication to excellence continued as she won further accolades for her Audit in ‘Decontamination of the Dental Surgery’, ensuring that her patients can always trust in a clean and healthy environment.
With over 14 years of experience, mainly at a private practice in Birmingham, Dr Nikki has built a devoted following of patients who appreciate her personalised approach to care. She takes the time to truly understand each individual, treating them like extended family. By delving into the wonderful details of her patients’ lives, she can tailor her treatments to their specific wants, needs, and desires, turning their dental dreams into reality. Dr. Nikki’s warm and friendly energy instantly puts people at ease. Her caring and empathetic nature make her especially skilled at treating children, families, and anxious patients, ensuring that every dental visit is a positive and calm experience.
With specialised training in sedation and extensive expertise in Dental Implantology, Nikki is well-versed in both placing and restoring implants. She received a ‘Foundation of Implant Dentistry’ (Straumann) in London and has worked alongside highly experienced implant dentists throughout her career, amassing a wealth of knowledge in the field.
While excelling in all aspects of general dentistry, she particularly enjoys performing treatments such as root canal treatment, oral surgery, crown and bridge work, porcelain and composite veneers, dentures, and tooth whitening. Her commitment extends beyond immediate care, as she dedicates her time to ensuring her patients’ long-term oral health and providing them with long-lasting beautiful smiles.
Outside of the dental practice, Nikki adores spending time with her husband, young son and her beloved Welsh terrier, Eva Bear. Baking is a favourite hobby, with a focus on bread, birthday and wedding cakes for friends and family. She nurtures her love of nature by spending as much time outdoors as possible, taking long walks in the park. Nikki loves her fashion, makeup, and skincare, constantly exploring new products and routines to nourish her skin.
She has explored many countries around the world, prioritising travelling and adventure with her husband and friends. Japan, Safari and balloon rides across Kenya and swimming with pigs in the Bahamas to name a few!

She has been part of Smile Solutions for 4 years. She co-ordinates all aspects of clinical work with the dentists and the rest of the dental team. She is married with 2 children and loves family life.
Sue is the Practice Manager at Smile Solutions. She joined the team in 2009. She
has worked in dentistry for over 20 years, previously working as a dental nurse,
reception team leader and a dental treatment co-ordinator.
